One-on-One Counseling
Service Description
RRC offers one-on-one housing and financial counseling to anyone seeking guidance with how to develop a workable budget, improve their credit, or fully understand their student loan repayment options. These sessions aim to prepare participants for responsible homeownership by answering participants questions, advise on readiness for homeownership, and offering them guidance throughout the home buying process. RRC offers one-on-one housing and financial counseling sessions to participants who have already attended a Homebuyer Education workshop free of charge within six months after completing the course. Participants must E-mail us at HOC@rrc-atl.org the following items to facilitate scheduling a counseling appointment: - Credit Report (All 3 Bureaus and must be within the past 90 days) - Income Statements representing all income (2 months) - All Bank Statements (2 months) - W2's (2 years) - Tax Returns (2 years) - ID (Driver's License or State ID) - Intake Form - Privacy Policy - Disclosure Form
